Rage at Dawn
Tecnical difficulties with weak wifi signal. Film was not of the 'High Noon' calibre.

Despite minor cropping
Concerning the cropping I got a similar impression. This is however a great movie.

Subject:
cropped frames
At first I was gleeful that I might get the full movie, but then I noticed the frames are cropped at the top and bottom. Explains why the actors don't look stretchy at 2:1 DAR. This movie should have an aspect ratio of 1.85. The other versions on the Archives are Pan and Scan. :(
In case someone thinks I'm not familiar with aspect ratios and think all 'letter box' movies are cropped, the newspaper at 22:44 should have Vol. CVI visible and it's been cropped off in this copy.
I thank k-otic for all the movies they take the time to share. I just wish that correct aspect and uncropped frames were more of a priority than quantity.

Excellent Randolph Scott Western
This high caliber western stars Randolph Scott with an excellent supporting cast. The plot, pacing, and conclusion are well above average. This is an "A" movie with everything going for it. This is well worth viewing for the western fan.
